ProvenanceAI is an Exact Rush, LLC venture — built to make human learning visible in AI-assisted environments.
Higher education is in a value crisis, and generative AI is accelerating it. Traditional assessment is collapsing under AI-generated output. Output is cheap. The missing signal is process — effort, iteration, and growth. ProvenanceAI measures learning process.

We're building an AI-native Learning Management System that automatically captures the full arc of AI-assisted work: sources → prompts → drafts → revisions → MVP. Inspired by Design Thinking and Edward de Bono's EBNA — Excellent, But Not Enough — ProvenanceAI is built to reward progress, iteration, and momentum, not just final outputs.
