Our Ventures

Exact Rush is a multimedia publishing company and the incubator from which the following ventures were built — each one a direct application of the same underlying belief: human thought is the differentiator. The AI is the infrastructure. Any system that inverts those two produces worse outcomes.

ProvenanceAI — Making Learning Visible

When a student uses AI to help write a paper, the learning that should have happened — the struggle with the argument, the development of the voice, the growth that only comes from working through something hard — becomes invisible. ProvenanceAI was built to solve that problem.

ProvenanceAI is an AI-native learning management system that tracks the provenance of student work — the history of how a piece of writing developed, what the student contributed, where AI was involved, and what the process looked like from start to finish. It makes learning visible in AI-assisted environments by building transparency into the workflow from the beginning.

ProvenanceAI also serves as the platform and technological backbone for SocratesXR — the AI-native environment where SocratesXR courses live, and where human learning becomes measurable and fair.

Applied AI for Humans

Exact Rush Content & Pedagogy

SocratesXR is an applied AI education program grounded in the Socratic method. Through a structured workshop arc, learners don't just study AI — they build with it. Each participant constructs a custom AI Tutor or Digital Teammate, gaining hands-on fluency in prompting, evaluation, and ethical reasoning along the way.

The premise behind the approach: you cannot effectively critique what you do not understand. SocratesXR makes that understanding possible — for students preparing for the workforce, for faculty redesigning their courses, and for institutions navigating AI policy at scale.

1
Agency over automation
Learners define what they will never outsource to a machine — and build the skills to lead AI, rather than follow it.
2
The humanities as guardrails
Technology moves fast; ethics must move faster. Every module embeds critical thinking about bias, privacy, and authorship — the questions only humans can ask.
3
Construction as comprehension
To understand it, you must build it. Learners construct a tangible AI tool across the course — taking the black box apart and putting it back together.
